I remember Chris’s brother in law paid £70k for a house in Rathmines twenty years ago, and they thought that this was a lot at the time.

One of Chris’s siblings, a brother I think it was, thought long and hard before buying a semi-d in Rathmines. After he’d bought he sometimes thought he may have spent a lot to buy the actual house.

I never knew that that was Chris’s brother-in-law that lived in that house in Rathmines that sold for €70k 20 years ago, we all said at the time that it was a lot of money. We thought Richard Branson had bought it.
